This transparent, specially formulated medium, which dries to a clear, matte finish, is perfect for using with decoupage tissue and rice papers as an adhesive and sealing medium. Use it on paper, cardboard, chipboard, wood, ceramics and more. You can experiment further by mixing with pigment powders, inks, acrylic paints, glitters etc for many decorative effects.

Water-based and waterproof when dry.

How To Apply Tissue Paper:
– Having measured and cut your Decor Tissue Paper to the correct size, apply Decoupage Gel in matte or shine finish to the surface of your project.
– Lay over your tissue paper and flatten out from the centre, talking care to eliminate air bubbles to ensure a good adhesion. Apply a further coat over the top.
– Once dry, apply a final coat of Decoupage Gel. The tissue is fibrous and the sealer will permeate the fibres so that, when dry, your tissue paper will be well-adhered to the surface of your project.
